These terms govern your use of Switchboard, operated by Thalassis. By connecting an account and using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Switchboard is a hosted MCP server that lets an AI client you control (such as Claude or ChatGPT) read and act across the email, calendar, and file accounts you link. Switchboard is currently in an invite-only beta and is provided as-is while we refine it.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to connect the accounts you link and to authorize access to their data.
• You're responsible for actions your AI takes through Switchboard, including any messages you approve to send.
• You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.

Acceptable use

Switchboard exists to help you handle your own correspondence — not to blast strangers. You agree not to use it to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk email or messages, or automated mass outreach to people who haven't agreed to hear from you.
• Send anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Scrape contacts or harvest data, or message people in violation of any connected platform's terms (including Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn) or of anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and similar regulations.
• Evade rate limits, sending caps, or anti-abuse controls on Switchboard or any connected service.

Messages you send through Switchboard come from your own accounts and represent you. We may suspend or terminate access for activity that violates this section or puts a connected account at risk.

Availability

As a beta service, Switchboard may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify features as the product evolves.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Switchboard is provided without warranties, and Thalassis is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
