Limited Use disclosure

Switchboard's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use your Google data

• Use. We use data from Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive only to provide and improve the user-facing features you request in Switchboard — reading, searching, organizing, drafting, and sending email; viewing and managing calendar events and availability; and searching, reading, and creating files. We do not use this data for any other purpose.
• Transfer. We do not transfer this data to others except as necessary to provide or improve these user-facing features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to you.
• Advertising. We do not use this data for serving advertisements, including personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising, and we do not sell it.
• Human access. We do not allow humans to read this data unless: (a) we have your affirmative consent to view specific messages, files, or events; (b) it is necessary for security purposes, such as investigating abuse; (c) it is required to comply with applicable law; or (d) the data has been aggregated and anonymized and is used to improve Switchboard or perform internal operations.
